Punto Banco Practices and Plan
Baccarat Banque Principles
Baccarat is played with 8 decks of cards in a shoe. Cards below ten are counted at face value and with 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is 1. Bets are placed on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these aren’t really people; they just represent the two hands to be dealt).
Two cards are dealt to both the ‘house’ and ‘player’. The value for every hand is the total of the cards, although the first digit is discarded. e.g., a hand of five and 6 has a total of 1 (five plus 6 = eleven; ignore the 1st ‘1′).
A third card can be given out based on the rules below:
- If the gambler or house has a value of eight or nine, both players stand.
- If the gambler has five or lower, he takes a card. Players stands otherwise.
- If the player stays, the banker takes a card on 5 or less. If the gambler takes a card, a table is used to determine if the bank holds or takes a card.
Baccarat Banque Odds
The higher of the 2 hands wins. Winning wagers on the banker payout 19 to 20 (equal money less a 5 percent commission. The Rake is recorded and paid off when you quit the table so make sure you still have money left over before you leave). Winning bets on the player pays 1:1. Winning bets for tie frequently pay 8 to 1 but sometimes 9:1. (This is a bad bet as ties happen less than one in every 10 hands. Be wary of putting money on a tie. However odds are substantially better for nine to one vs. 8 to 1)
Wagered on correctly baccarat banque provides pretty good odds, aside from the tie bet of course.
Baccarat Banque Course of Action
As with all games Baccarat has a handful of accepted myths. One of which is close to a misunderstanding in roulette. The past is not a prophecy of events about to happen. Keeping track of past outcomes on a sheet of paper is a poor use of paper and a snub to the tree that gave its life for our stationary desires.
The most established and likely the most accomplished method is the 1-3-2-6 method. This technique is used to build up profits and limit losses.
Begin by placing one dollar. If you win, add another to the 2 on the table for a sum total of three dollars on the second bet. Should you win you will now have 6 on the game table, remove four so you are left with 2 on the third wager. If you succeed on the third bet, put down 2 to the 4 on the table for a total of six on the fourth round.
Should you don’t win on the initial wager, you take a loss of one. A win on the initial wager followed by a hit on the second causes a hit of two. Success on the 1st 2 with a hit on the third gives you with a take of 2. And wins on the 1st 3 with a defeat on the fourth means you balance the books. Winning at all four rounds leaves you with twelve, a take of 10. This means you can squander the 2nd bet 5 times for every favorable streak of 4 rounds and in the end, balance the books.
