Punto Banco Regulations

Punto banco is enjoyed with 8 decks in a dealing shoe. Cards under ten are counted at face value while at the same time Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and A is 1. Bets are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these aren’t really people; they just represent the 2 hands to be dealt).

Two cards are given to both the ‘house’ and ‘gambler’. The value for every hand is the total of the cards, but the first digit is ignored. For example, a hand of 5 and six has a value of 1 (5 plus 6 = eleven; ignore the first ‘1′).

A additional card might be dealt based on the following rules:

- If the player or house has a value of 8 or 9, the two players stand.

- If the player has five or less, she takes a card. Players holds otherwise.

- If the player stands, the bank takes a card on 5 or less. If the gambler takes a card, a chart is used to see if the bank stands or hits.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Odds

The greater of the 2 scores wins. Winning wagers on the banker payout 19:20 (even payout minus a 5% commission. Commission are tracked and paid off once you leave the game so make sure you still have funds left just before you head out). Winning bets on the gambler pays one to one. Winning bets for a tie usually pays 8 to 1 but on occasion 9 to 1. (This is a poor wager as a tie occurs lower than 1 in every ten rounds. Be wary of betting on a tie. Although odds are astonishingly better for nine to one versus eight to one)

Bet on correctly baccarat chemin de fer gives pretty good odds, aside from the tie bet of course.

Baccarat Scheme

As with all games baccarat banque has quite a few accepted myths. One of which is the same as a absurdity in roulette. The past isn’t a harbinger of future outcomes. Keeping track of past outcomes on a chart is a poor use of paper and a snub to the tree that surrendered its life for our paper desires.

The most common and almost certainly the most accomplished method is the one, three, two, six technique. This tactic is used to maximize profits and minimizing risk.

Begin by wagering one chip. If you succeed, add another to the two on the table for a sum total of three units on the second bet. If you succeed you will hold 6 on the game table, remove 4 so you are left with 2 on the third round. If you come away with a win on the third bet, add 2 to the four on the table for a grand total of six on the fourth wager.

Should you lose on the initial bet, you take a hit of one. A win on the 1st bet followed by a loss on the second creates a hit of 2. Success on the first 2 with a hit on the third provides you with a take of 2. And wins on the 1st three with a defeat on the fourth means you balance the books. Succeeding at all four wagers gives you with twelve, a profit of ten. This means you are able to give up the 2nd round 5 instances for each successful run of 4 wagers and still break even.
