Baccarat Practices and Method

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Regulations

Baccarat chemin de fer is enjoyed with 8 decks in a shoe. Cards below ten are counted at face value while at the same time Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and Ace is 1. Bets are placed on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these are not really people; they just represent the 2 hands that are dealt).

Two hands of two cards are then given to the ‘banker’ and ‘player’. The total for every hand is the sum total of the cards, but the beginning digit is dropped. For instance, a hand of 5 and 6 has a value of 1 (five plus 6 = 11; drop the 1st ‘1′).

A additional card might be dealt based on the rules below:

- If the player or bank achieves a total of eight or 9, both players hold.

- If the player has less than 5, she takes a card. Players holds otherwise.

- If the player holds, the banker hits on a total less than five. If the gambler takes a card, a table is used to see if the house stays or hits.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Odds

The better of the 2 hands wins. Winning bets on the banker payout 19 to 20 (equal money minus a 5% commission. Commission are kept track of and paid off when you depart the game so be sure to have funds left just before you leave). Winning bets on the gambler pays one to one. Winning bets for a tie normally pays out at 8:1 but on occasion 9 to 1. (This is a poor bet as a tie occurs lower than 1 in every ten hands. Be wary of gambling on a tie. However odds are substantially greater for 9 to 1 vs. eight to one)

Bet on correctly baccarat chemin de fer offers pretty good odds, aside from the tie bet of course.

Punto Banco Course of Action

As with all games baccarat chemin de fer has some general misconceptions. One of which is similar to a misunderstanding in roulette. The past is not a prophecy of events about to happen. Recording past results on a page of paper is a poor use of paper and a snub to the tree that surrendered its life for our stationary needs.

The most accepted and possibly the most successful course of action is the one, three, two, six technique. This method is employed to build up winnings and minimizing losses.

Start by betting 1 unit. If you succeed, add 1 more to the two on the game table for a grand total of 3 dollars on the second bet. If you win you will hold 6 on the table, take away 4 so you have 2 on the third round. Should you succeed on the third bet, add 2 on the 4 on the table for a grand total of 6 on the fourth bet.

Should you lose on the first bet, you take a hit of 1. A profit on the initial bet followed by a hit on the second creates a loss of 2. Wins on the initial 2 with a defeat on the third gives you with a gain of 2. And success on the initial 3 with a loss on the fourth means you are even. Succeeding at all 4 rounds gives you with 12, a take of 10. This means you will be able to lose the second bet five instances for every successful run of four rounds and still balance the books.
