Baccarat Banque Rules and Plan
Baccarat Chemin de Fer Policies
Baccarat banque is played with eight decks of cards in a dealing shoe. Cards under ten are worth their printed value while at the same time 10, J, Q, K are zero, and A is one. Wagers are placed on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these aren’t really people; they simply represent the 2 hands that are dealt).
Two cards are given to both the ‘house’ and ‘player’. The total for every hand is the total of the cards, although the first digit is discarded. For instance, a hand of five and six has a total of one (5 plus 6 equals 11; ditch the first ‘1′).
A third card might be dealt using the rules below:
- If the player or banker gets a total of 8 or nine, the two players stand.
- If the gambler has less than five, he hits. Players otherwise stand.
- If the gambler stays, the banker hits on five or less. If the player hits, a guide is used to determine if the house stands or takes a card.
Baccarat Banque Odds
The better of the two scores wins. Winning wagers on the bank pay out 19 to 20 (even money less a 5% rake. The Rake is tracked and cleared out when you quit the table so be sure to still have funds left before you head out). Winning wagers on the gambler pay 1 to 1. Winning bets for tie normally pays eight to one but occasionally 9 to 1. (This is a poor wager as ties occur lower than one in every 10 hands. Be wary of gambling on a tie. Although odds are astonishingly greater for nine to one versus 8:1)
Wagered on correctly baccarat banque gives relatively decent odds, aside from the tie bet of course.
Baccarat Strategy
As with all games baccarat banque has a few established misconceptions. One of which is close to a myth in roulette. The past is not a prophecy of events yet to happen. Recording past results on a chart is a waste of paper and an affront to the tree that surrendered its life for our stationary desires.
The most accepted and definitely the most accomplished course of action is the one, three, two, six plan. This method is deployed to pump up earnings and limit risk.
Start by placing one unit. If you win, add one more to the two on the table for a grand total of 3 chips on the second bet. Should you succeed you will now have 6 on the game table, pull off 4 so you have 2 on the 3rd round. If you win the 3rd wager, put down two to the 4 on the game table for a total of 6 on the 4th bet.
If you do not win on the first bet, you take a loss of one. A win on the first round followed by a hit on the second creates a hit of two. Wins on the 1st two with a loss on the third gives you with a take of two. And wins on the 1st three with a loss on the 4th means you are even. Winning at all 4 rounds gives you with twelve, a gain of ten. This means you are able to squander the 2nd round 5 times for each successful streak of four wagers and in the end, are even.
